La Fundación Hispano Británica entregó el pasado 24 de octubre en la Embajada de España en Londres los premios a los tres finalistas del certamen literario «FHB Young Writers Prize – UK Edition».
En esta edición, estudiantes británicos escribieron, en español, sobre el mismo tema que hicieron los estudiantes españoles, en inglés, en la convocatoria anterior: “LA INFLUENCIA DE LAS REDES SOCIALES”
Sorprendidos en FHB por el éxito de la convocatoria y por las reflexiones sobre un tema tan de interés y que tanto afecta a la vida de los jóvenes, damos las gracias a todos los que habéis participado… y desde tantos lugares… Hackney, Colchester, Shrewsbury, Ashtead, Loughton, Aylesbury, Malmesbury, Winchester, London, Poole…

El Embajador D. José Pascual Marco Martínez, Presidente Honorario de la Fundación Hispano Británica, entregó el diploma a cada uno de los premiados y nos acompañó en un visita por su residencia guiada por él mismo .
El Director del Instituto Cervantes de Londres, Víctor Ugarte, entregó el Primer Premio a Kirill Kolotiy: un curso de 30 horas de español en el Instituto Cervantes de Londres.

The British Hispanic Foundation presented the prizes to the three finalists of the «FHB Young Writers Prize – UK Edition» at the Spanish Embassy in London.
For this second edition, British students wrote in Spanish and on the same topic as the first:
«THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS».
This edition was a resounding success and the FHB was overwhelmed at both the number and quality of the submissions received. From the Foundation, we would like to thank all those who participated from all over the UK… in Hackney, Colchester, Shrewsbury, Ashtead, Loughton, Aylesbury, Malmesbury, Winchester, London, Poole…

Ambassador José Pascual Marco Martínez, Honorary President of the British-Spanish Foundation, personally handed each of the winners their diploma and accompanied us all on a guided tour of the Ambassador’s official residence.
The Director of the Instituto Cervantes in London, Víctor Ugarte, also presented Kirill Kolotiy with the first prize: a 30-hour Spanish language course at the Instituto Cervantes in London.
