MARÍA JOSÉ SEVILLA is a Spanish food writer and a cook who is an expert on Spanish gastronomy and wine. She was the first Spaniard to obtain the Diploma of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust back in the 1980’s. She developed her professional career in the United Kingdom where she has written a number of books as well as writing and presenting for television.

GRAN HOTEL INGLÉS

🇬🇧 The Gran Hotel Inglés, the oldest hotel in Madrid, opened its doors for the first time in 1886. Located in one of the first streets with electricity, was the first hotel in Madrid to have its own restaurant. An iconic e historic hotel in the center of Madrid, that combines urban sophistication with the glamour of bygone times.
