En la era de los años 20, debido al gran interés literario y teatral de la familia, se ubicó un teatro en el pequeño palacio de Orfila 6, en donde interpretaban los famosos de la sociedad de Madrid del momento. En la época de los años 90, el edificio fue reconvertido en hotel, conservando la fachada, la entrada de carruajes, la escalera principal y los tiempos en los que contaba con todo el confort y el aire aristocrático de la época.
